Cultural Wonders Project Terms of Use

1) Preamble
The Cultural Wonders Project (“CWP”, “Project”, “us”) Privacy Policy governs our interactions and use with the user’s (“you”, “your”) personal information. This Privacy Policy applies when you apply for a position in the Project or contact us in any other way. If you do not wish for us to collect, store, or use your data in the ways described in the Privacy Policy, you do not contact or apply to the Project.

2) Information the Project Collects and Methods of Collection
The Project collects information via direct correspondence and cookies. When you contact us, the Project receives your name and email, and when you apply the Project receives your name, age, and other contact information, among other information. Cookies are used for the purpose of analytics only, via Google Analytics.

3) Data Usage
The majority of the data the Project collects is used only for the purpose for which it was given, for example to respond to a contact message or to consider an application. After which, it is archived and unused. The Project will not use any information collected from other sources.

4) Children Under 13
The project may deal with mature themes, such as but not limited to war, destruction of history, politics (both historical and modern), and may contain offensive symbolism present in the real-life work. As such, the Project does not knowingly collect, and as such will immediately discard all information, including applications, from those under 13. If you are under 13, please do not provide any information to the Project.

5) Communications
When you give us your email or other contact information, the Project uses your contact information to reply to messages or contact about the status of applications. The Project will store collected emails for future correspondence, and will not send unsolicited messages concerning but not limited to promotions, newsletters, or offers, unless it is part of the service you are requesting. All solicited contact will be done through email, and will never come from any Project staff personally through messaging software.

6) Business Transfer
If you have sent any personal information to the Project, we will never sell, rent, swap, or authorize any third party to use your information without your explicit permission. If in the future, the Project is sold, merged, partnered, or ownership is transferred, your information may be part of the transferred assets.

7) Dispute Resolution
If you have any complaints regarding our compliance with the Privacy Policy, please contact us. The Project will do its utmost to support your privacy and will investigate any complaint thoroughly.

8) Future Changes to Privacy Policy
The Project reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy at any time. As the vast majority of users will be anonymous, it is the responsibility of the user to keep up to date with the Privacy Policy.
